XYZ Reality Builds for Scale, Appointing COO and CFO as Mission Critical Demand Surges

London, UK – January 27 2026 – XYZ Reality has announced the appointment of Bruno P.S. Rocha as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Soroosh Keshtgar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its executive leadership team as the company enters its next phase of global growth.

The appointments come as XYZ Reality’s construction delivery platform sees increasing adoption across hyper-scale data center andmission-critical construction. With demand rising and projects growing in scale and complexity, the company is investing in leadership to support long-term, sustainable expansion. As COO, Rocha will focus on execution, aligning teams, strengthening operational consistency, and translating commercial momentum into repeatable delivery as XYZ Reality expands across markets and customers. Over the next phase of growth, Rocha will shape the company’s operating model, support planned fundraising activity and help build an organisation designed to scale beyond any single product, market, or customer segment.

Rocha brings experience from engineering-led and robotics organisations, including previous roles as Head of Hiring for Engineering at Palantir and COO at Gecko Robotics, where he has worked at the intersection of data, technology, and the physical world. He was drawn to XYZ Reality’s focus on construction outcomes, viewing technology as an enabler rather than the end goal.

Keshtgar joins XYZ Reality as CFO at a pivotal moment for the business, as it scales into larger, more complex projects and prepares for international expansion. His role will focus on strengthening financial foundations, ensuring the systems, processes, and transparency required to support confident decision-making, enterprise-grade customers, and future investment.

With a background spanning engineering and commercial finance, Keshtgar began his career in aerospace engineering before qualifying as a chartered accountant at PwC. He has since held senior finance roles across high-growth organisations navigating rapid expansion, structural change, and complex transactions, with particular experience building finance functions that scale alongside operations while maintaining trust with investors, customers and stakeholders.
