David Mitchell - Founder and CEO - XYZ Reality

David Mitchell
Founder & CEO

David is the Founder & CEO of XYZ Reality and is on a mission to revolutionise the construction industry with his build it right first time philosophy and Engineering Grade AR™. Before XYZ Reality, David worked as a digital construction manager on some of Europe’s largest projects including: The Shard, Battersea power station and hyperscale data centres. David is a leading expert in digital construction and has been recognised for his innovation in this space.

Bruno Rocha
Chief Operating Officer

Bruno is the Chief Operating Officer at XYZ, an is focused on scaling execution and building an organisation capable of delivering mission-critical construction projects globally. Prior to XYZ Reality, Bruno held senior leadership roles across high-growth, engineering-led technology companies, including Geko Robotics and Palantir. He brings deep experience in organisational design, operational scale, and building high-performing teams to solve complex real-world problems.

Waleed Zafar
Chief Revenue Officer

Waleed Zafar is the Chief Revenue Officer at XYZ Reality, as the company’s first hire, he helped scale XYZ from startup to global leader. Over eight years, he’s partnered with top developers to eliminate rework, accelerate timelines, and ensure precision. Today, Waleed leads revenue and delivery, driving strategic growth, expanding partnerships, and redefining how mission-critical infrastructure is delivered worldwide.

Soroosh Keshtgar
Chief Finance Officer

Soroosh is responsible for building the financial foundations required to support global scale, enterprise customers, and future investment. He has held senior finance leadership roles across high-growth, PE-backed businesses. Soroosh brings extensive experience in finance transformation, M&A, and scaling financial operations, helping organisations navigate rapid growth while maintaining transparency, discipline, and investor confidence.

Christian Belady
Strategic Advisor

Recognized as one of the "5 People who changed the data center" industry, brings a wealth of expertise in managing data center and infrastructure development at a global scale. Formerly Vice President and Distinguished Engineer at Microsoft, Belady developed one of the largest data center footprints in the world. His expertise brings crucial support in product development and sharing invaluable insights from years in the data center industry.

Brian Mattson
Strategic Advisor

Brings over 40 years of experience leading large-scale global engineering and construction programs in the semiconductor and data center industries. Prior to joining XYZ Reality, Mattson served in leadership roles at Google, NTT Global Data Centers Americas (RagingWire), and Microsoft, among others. His leadership at Google and Microsoft in global construction and infrastructure supply chain will contribute significantly to XYZ Reality’s strategic growth.

Eanna Murphy
Strategic Advisor

Murphy is a recognized data center leader with nearly 20 years of international experience. He played a pivotal role at Google, where he was part of the founding team of its self-build data center program. Later, as Global COO of Yondr Group, Murphy spearheaded its rapid expansion in the Americas, overseeing project delivery globally for three of the world’s largest hyperscalers. He now serves as CEO of Montero Infrastructure, driving $1.5 billion of hyperscale development across North America.
