David Mitchell - Founder and CEO - XYZ Reality

David Mitchell
Founder & CEO

David is the Founder & CEO of XYZ Reality and is on a mission to revolutionise the construction industry with his build it right first time philosophy and Engineering Grade AR™. Before XYZ Reality, David worked as a digital construction manager on some of Europe’s largest projects including: The Shard, Battersea power station and hyperscale data centres. David is a leading expert in digital construction and has been recognised for his innovation in this space.

Harry Battu
Chief Revenue Officer

Harry Battu is the Chief Revenue at XYZ Reality. With 18 years of experience in scaling start-ups and growth companies to $5B ARR, Harry is a proven global sales and marketing leader. Previously managing international growth and new market expansion at Procore, he has built high performing revenue teams responsible for building awareness and driving pipeline. Including launching new regions across APAC, LATAM, EMEA, MENA and ASEAN, helping international reach and exceed $100M ARR.

John Haddick
Chief Technology Officer

John Haddick is Chief Technology Office at XYZ Reality. John brings a deep expertise in the extended reality (XR) space, with years of experience in technical leadership roles focused on innovation and product development across virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR). Prior to joining XYZ, Haddick was Executive Director & CTO for Lenovo’s ThinkReality XR business unit, where he built the strategy and products for the organization’s AR & VR solutions and partnerships worldwide.

Benn Latham
Chief Finance Officer

Benn Latham is the Chief Finance Officer at XYZ Reality. Benn brings years of experience as an accomplished CFO and more recently managing a family office. He has honed his skills navigating the complex financial challenges of various businesses in order to facilitate their growth. Prior to XYZ, Benn has both acted as a Non-Executive Adviser, angel investor and is the founder of several successful businesses.

Christian Belady
Strategic Advisor

Recognized as one of the "5 People who changed the data center" industry, brings a wealth of expertise in managing data center and infrastructure development at a global scale. Formerly Vice President and Distinguished Engineer at Microsoft, Belady developed one of the largest data center footprints in the world. His expertise brings crucial support in product development and sharing invaluable insights from years in the data center industry.

Brian Mattson
Strategic Advisor

Brings over 40 years of experience leading large-scale global engineering and construction programs in the semiconductor and data center industries. Prior to joining XYZ Reality, Mattson served in leadership roles at Google, NTT Global Data Centers Americas (RagingWire), and Microsoft, among others. His leadership at Google and Microsoft in global construction and infrastructure supply chain will contribute significantly to XYZ Reality’s strategic growth.
