600MW and Growing: XYZ Reality Expands Partnership with Applied Digital to Accelerate AI Factory Delivery

London, UK – January 13 2026 – XYZ Reality, the leading provider of engineering-grade augmented reality™ and real-time project controls, today announced its expanded partnership with Applied Digital to support construction delivery across two new AI Factory campuses in North Dakota: Polaris Forge 1 in Ellendale and Polaris Forge 2 near Harwood.

Together, the projects represent 450MW of critical IT load across three hyperscale buildings, bringing the total capacity, supported by XYZ Reality, across Applied Digital’s North Dakota portfolio to 600MW – a figure expected to increase as additional campuses move through development. The expansion builds on XYZ Reality’s ongoing work at Applied Digital’s existing Ellendale facility, where real-time project intelligence has helped accelerate build speed, enhance quality, and increase overall efficiency.

Applied Digital’s AI Factory model strategically locates high-density compute in regions with available power and naturally cooler climates that help reduce cooling demand. These conditions have made North Dakota a highly suitable location for large-scale AI and HPC infrastructure.

The region also presents unique delivery challenges, including remote access and limited labour availability. XYZ Reality’s platform provides the progress tracking, quality validation and risk forecasting required to manage a program of this scale with confidence.
