Keshtgar joins XYZ Reality as CFO at a pivotal moment for the business, as it scales into larger, more complex projects and prepares for international expansion. With a background spanning engineering and commercial finance, Keshtgar began his career in aerospace engineering before qualifying as a chartered accountant at PwC. He has since held senior finance roles across high-growth organisations navigating rapid expansion, structural change, and complex transactions, with particular experience building finance functions that scale alongside operations while maintaining trust with investors, customers and stakeholders.
