XYZ Reality, the construction technology company transforming how data center projects are planned, built, and delivered, today (October 21, 2025) announced the appointment of Waleed Zafar as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

As the company’s first employee, Waleed has played a pivotal role in XYZ Reality’s evolution from an early-stage startup to a global leader in construction delivery technology. In his most recent role as Mission Critical Director, he led the deployment of XYZ’s platform across major projects worldwide – working closely with leading developers to accelerate time-to-market, eliminate rework, and deliver projects with precision and confidence.

In his new role as CRO, Waleed will focus on strengthening alignment between XYZ Reality’s revenue and delivery teams to ensure the company continues delivering measurable value for clients as they expand their project portfolios. The company has seen exceptional client loyalty, with partners evolving from a single deployment to Global Portfolio Agreements – reflecting the power of shared data and cross-project insights that drive better outcomes at scale.
