If September taught us anything, it’s this: the data center and digital infrastructure world doesn’t stand still. Neither do we.

From Antibes to Austin, London to Las Vegas, our team was on the ground at some of the biggest global events in the industry – sharing insights, meeting with leaders, and showing how XYZ Reality is powering faster, leaner, and more resilient project delivery.

Here’s a quick look back at a packed month.

Platform Global | 07–09 September 2025 | Antibes, France

Our month kicked off on the French Riviera, where our Mission Critical Director Jason Kane attended Platform Global – his first event with XYZ Reality. Over three days, Jason’s schedule was filled with meetings and great discussions on how operators are tackling delivery challenges head-on.

The key themes? Better visibility, faster decision-making, and fewer costly reworks. Exactly where XYZ Reality makes the difference. Not a bad location for a debut either – the beautiful Antibes set the perfect backdrop.

YOTTA | 08–10 September 2025 | Las Vegas, USA

Next stop: Las Vegas, where Founder & CEO David Mitchell joined Mission Critical Directors Matt Torma and Waleed Zafar for YOTTA 2025 – and it did not disappoint.

Highlights from David’s reflections:

1. AI is driving demand – and transforming delivery. Smarter, AI-driven workflows are helping the industry tackle labor shortages, accelerate construction, and raise the bar on quality.
2. Sustainability is now a strategic lever. From climate accords to evolving cooling and materials strategies, the industry is focused on scaling responsibly.
3. The power problem is everyone’s problem. The future belongs to those who can deliver energy quickly and flexibly.

The verdict? YOTTA proved that the future of digital infrastructure is being built now – and it’s moving at speed.

DCD>Connect London | 16–17 September 2025 | London, UK

Back in Europe, our team – including VP of Project Delivery Eoin Manning, Mission Critical Directors Joe Hughes, Connor Wakefield and Jason Kane, and Leam Goff, and Josh Rees – took on a packed agenda at DCD>Connect London.

Key takeaways from customer meetings included:

• How to forecast contractor spend and risk using our data.
• Managing delivery across 600+ MW projects running simultaneously.
• Standardising reporting for specialty contractors and end clients.
• Using XYZ’s platform to keep GCs on track and provide real-time QA.

Our Lunch & Learn, hosted by Eoin and Joe, was standing-room-only. We shared lessons from our longest-standing and newest customers, showing how teams can standardise reporting across portfolios, de-risk delivery, cut costs, and accelerate time-to-market.

DCAC | 16–18 September 2025 | Austin, USA

Meanwhile in Austin, David, Waleed, CRO Harry Battu, Senior Solutions Consultant Caleb Covington, and Project Delivery Manager Ken Pritchard hit DCAC – an unconventional mega-event with robots on stilts, golf, iconic speakers, and over 1,700 attendees.

One highlight: Doug Mouton’s keynote shoutout to XYZ Reality, calling out our innovation as critical to adapting in the “Gold Rush” of the 5th Industrial Revolution.

As Caleb summed up with a smile:

26,000 steps, a ton of handshakes, two tons of laughs, and an undisclosed number of drinks.

DataCloud USA | 16–17 September 2025 | Austin, USA

And because one event isn’t enough, Waleed and David also walked a few blocks over to DataCloud USA. More meetings, more conversations, and more opportunities to show how XYZ Reality is helping clients deliver faster, more efficiently, and with fewer risks.

Looking Back, Charging Ahead

September was a whirlwind – dozens of sessions, hundreds of conversations, and thousands of steps logged. But most importantly, it reinforced why we’re here: to help the industry build better, faster, and smarter.

We’re proud of the impact we made this month, and we’re just getting started.
